Shipping Rates
ON BLACK offers free worldwide shipping on orders over €150

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping time is between 5-9 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking
After your order has been processed and your package is in transit, you will receive a link through which you will be able to track your order.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Order Cancelation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancelation. While import duties or taxes happen on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs, and we do not control these chargers. We try our best to avoid any additional costs for our customers. Only on very rare occasions do customers have to pay import duty, taxes, or VAT.
