Shipping & Delivery


  • We currently deliver to most countries in Europe and a number of international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

  • Shipping timelines vary per country. Check out our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your package anytime on our Tracking Page using either your tracking number or order number. If tracking details aren’t available immediately, don’t worry, it may take 24–48 hours for the information to update after shipping.

  • Shipping is free for orders over €150.

Returns & Refunds


  • Due to our quick processing times, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

    Shipping begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, no changes can be made.
